Controlling the Air Flow on a Primo

Unlike Gas Grills which allow you to control the gas flow through burners, the temperature in our grills is controlled by bringing more or less air inside the firebox.
The natural charcoal placed in our Primo Grill is controlled simply by sliding the air vent door to control the temperature. With the touch of your fingertips, you can easily manipulate the door and maintain optimal temperature.
When you are done cooking, simply close the top and bottom draft doors and the charcoal will stop burning (the fire will extinguish on its own). On your next cooking session, you may reuse the unburned charcoal.
