many many years for cooking on ceramic cookers. I LOVE THIS THING and
anyone who has ever tried to do a pizza on a ceramic cooker will want

Normally I have to load up my peel with flour and corn meal so the
pie slides on and off easily. The resulting pie is often full of
burnt corn meal and lots of powdery dough from all the flour. NOT ANY
MORE!! I added NO (none-nadda-zip) extra to the peel or the stone and
the results were fantastic.
I did two large pies tonight and the first was a little uneasy
getting it to slide onto the stone. It was a small learning
experience, the second one was smooth as silk and just plain perfect.
This Super Peel makes the process so easy. I used my old wooden peel
to scoop it off when done (12 min at 550°) but pulling the
prepared pie off the counter onto the Super peel was SO EASY. Gary,
this tool is wonderful - just wonderful!! I have had many pies in the
past that did not want to get onto the peel without a lot of effort. The
Super Peel made it easy. Am I happy with it -- yes sir, you
betcha I am. Thanks, thanks, thanks.
