If you have an issue with your Primo Grill, please fill out the form below and attach up to two photos. The photo should clearly show the issue described in the comments section below. We review and respond to warranty claim during normal business hours.
Important: If you are the original purchaser of your Primo Grill, you must register your grill online before you can file a warranty claim. Go to "Register Your Grill" on the Primo website homepage. If you are not the original purchaser of the grill you do not have warranty coverage and your warranty claim will not be approved.
