If you have an issue with your Primo Grill, please fill out the form below and attach up to two photos. If you are filing a claim related to your firebox, please also include one clear photo of the charcoal grate. The photo should clearly show the issue described in the comments section below. We review and respond to warranty claim during normal business hours.
We do not accept international warranty. Please contact your local dealer to submit a warranty claim.
With COVID-19, each person now has a different reality as it relates to children at home or health concerns and as such not 100% of our team is back at this time. This new reality reduces our capacity slightly and your understanding on delayed response times is appreciated.
