Truffle Cheese Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 4 oz of Gruyère
  • 4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Slider Instructions

  1. Setup your Primo grill with the griddle accessory. This is my favorite because it's so versatile. You want the griddle surface to be 450°F.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Add some beef tallow and the sliced Vidalia onions to your griddle. Once the onions start to sweat down add your shaved ribeye steak.⁣
  4. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to your beef. Keep the flavor simple.
  5. We are using pretzel roll sliders, they are perfect for this as it gives a touch of sweetness and that salty flavor.
  6. You could use some sliced provolone cheese but if you want to amp up the flavor try this Truffle Cheese sauce.

Truffle Cheese Sauce Instructions

  1. Melt 3 tbsp of butter.
  2. Add 3 tbsp of flour to create a roux.
  3. Add 2 Cups of milk.
  4. Whisk together 4 oz of Gruyère and Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
  5. Stir until melted and thickened.

Put cheese on the sliders and dip them in the sauce for the full effect! We don't judge!
